Jen, Jackson, and Zane fishing at the Ibsen's.

Good old Arabic food and fantastic friends. (Tracy flew all the way from Mpls to see me. That was super special to me. Thanks friend!)

Auntie Em, Benjamin, and Zane playing sorry.

Zane getting his workout on the way to the park. Elijah getting a free ride!

I forgot how amazing the parks are in CO. We really miss safe and fun parks.

Family Football

Just being next to my mom was healing for me. LOVE YOU MOM!

Crazy Uncle Kevin, Elijah, and Zane on the go-cart. I think Zane asked every adult in the backyard to give him a ride. He loved it!

Jackson & Zane

A friendship that will hopefully always pick up where it left off.

Bonding with Papa...

Giggling with Grandma

A wonderful day just with Grandma & Papa. All 3 of us were spoiled rotten. We loved it;)

I love my mom & dad.

Skype is fantastic but the real thing was SO NEEDED!!!

This is just a snapshot of our whirlwind of 2 weeks in Denver, CO. It was fantastic to see so many family & friends. It hurt our hearts that we could not see everyone and sit down and have a heart to heart talk with everyone. I guess that is what furlough is for.
