It was great to catch up with Beth's high school friend, Ryan, and his family.
It is always a blessing to see your old friends following Christ and leading their family well.

Ryan's kiddos and our kiddos at Pioneer Park.
Even though our kids don't live in Rhinelander, they are still 2nd generation Hodags!!
We had lunch and lawn games with the Raabes. Love you guys.

Betty Anderson has been a mentor and prayer warrior for all of Beth's life.
She is such a wise godly woman that Beth strives to pattern her live after.
We are so very thankful for her and her involvement in our ministry.

Zane and Isabel had a great water day with Ariana & Noah.
What a blessing it is when your kids can play with your college friend's kids.
Jillian thanks for the late late night talks.

We were able to reconnect with 2 missionary families that did all of their pre-field training with us through CWW.  Both families have served in Africa for the past 4 years. We had a lot of catching up to do. God is so faithful.
We accidently bumped into (God collision) with David and Annett at Bethel University in Mpls. We just met them 1 month before at our Debriefing and Renewal (DAR) retreat at Missionary Training International (MTI). They were missionaries in Ukraine for 7 years before they had to quickly evacuate. It was a great blessing to be able to spend more time together and to see how God has already answered prayer in just the past month since we had seen them last.
Mpls, MN
We were able to connect with Berly, one of Beth's college friends, for a few hours over ice cream and a park date. It is such a blessing to reconnect and hear how God is working and moving in and through your friends.  Roseville, MN
We were able to have a surprise detour and meet up with our missionary friends in SC. They did all of their pre-field training with us and just finished serving 4 years in Belize. We praise God for all of the things they have done in and through the Bjorgens in Belize and what God will do through them in Mexico. As always we love seeing MKs (Missionary Kids) connecting and playing together.
We have never seen 2 boys hit-it-off quicker than Zane and Luke.
Thanks for your hospitality and fun times Mason family!

It was awesome to visit Rhett, David's best friend, at New Life Ranch. Rhett is the summer camp director. He gave us the VIP 4 day camp experience. Zane loved it. We can't wait to send Zane as a camper on our next home assignment.

Our hearts just burst with joy as we see Rhett and Jennifer with their beautiful son Abe.
Their story is such a story of God's beautiful plan. We love you guys and are so proud of the wonderful ministry you have at NLR.

Sister time. Beth was able to spend time with our sister in law, Sierra, before our new little nephew arrived.
We are pleased to report that Owen David Roberts made his healthy appearance in the end of July. We are eager to meet him in Sept.
St. Joseph, MO

On another note Beth's brother, Kevin and his wife, Whitney, also had their baby at the end of June.
We will be meeting Kendall Wren Langlois next week in Denver.
We were able to spend the afternoon with Blanche. She has been a prayer warrior over David since he was born. She is a blessing to have on our ministry team. Blanche has a desire to know God and has such a sweet relationship with HIM. She is a big encouragement to us.
Troy, KS
We visited David's aunt and uncle and cousins in GA. Zane and Evie had a great time playing and going to the park. It was a blessing to catch up with Uncle Chuck and Aunt Beverly. Thanks for your amazing southern hospitality.
Peachtree City, GA
Isabel and George were just chillin' for about 5 seconds so we could actually take a picture.
Thanks Amy for a great heart to heart chat.

The Villalobos family gave us the VIP treatment at Six Flags. It was surprising how many in depth God conversations you can have at an amusement park with 5 kids. Thanks Jim and Melissa for your friendship and partnership in our ministry. You guys are the real deal in your ministry and your family.

And throughout all of our travels Zane and Isabel were able to cheer for Argentina in the World Cup. We are sad that they lost, but so proud of how they played. Vamos Argentina!!!

These are only SOME of the visits we had over the 7 week road trip. We had so many more that were not documented in pictures. We cannot tell you how much amazing food, dessert, coffee and fun we have had with our friends, family, and ministry partners.

Thank you David and Gayle Albers, Joyce & Bill Troxler, Candy & Craig Osvog, and Tracy & Joel Swanson  for your generosity and hospitality.

Another BIG Thank you to Alcester Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of Clear Lake, Bethel Baptist Church of Brookings, Grace Foursquare of Rhinelander, Woodland Church of Ironwood, and Syracus Baptist Church. You are amazing ministry partners.

We know that without our faithful ministry partners we would not be able to do what we do
So THANK YOU!!
